RETURN, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We do NOT accept Refunds or Exchanges as all items are made to order and customised to each individual customer. 

ALTERATIONS

If the item of clothing is too large, we are able to alter the item smaller for you. However, you will be required to pay for postage. 

If the item is too small, we cannot alter the item any bigger. Please select your size carefully. visit our 'SIZE GUIDE' page on how you can measure yourself to prevent error.  

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & REFUNDS

Only within 4-5 hours from the time the order was placed, we can offer a refund (if order has not yet been dispatched) or any adjustments to your order; however, a transaction fee of £2 will be deducted from the refund amount. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item and it is faulty, please report the issue within one day of receiving the item or refund will not be issued.

If Anti-Return ribbon has been removed or tampered with then return will not be valid.
